How to enroll in music classes
1. Read The Studio of Dance and Music document entitled Music Class Terms of Enrollment and Withdrawal & Refund Policy published on this website.
2. Fill out, sign and mail or bring the Registration Form to one of our studios. Click here to print a copy. Or e-mail your Registration Form to us by clicking HERE

Attendance policy
Because our instructors’ time is very valuable and music studio space is limited, absolutely no make-up lessons will be given unless absence is due to a serious illness and a 6 hour notice has been given to the school office. Make-up classes will be limited to 2 per school year and will require a doctor’s note. No refunds are given for missed lessons. School activities or trips, sports games, vacations that differ from our school year calendar, etc. do not qualify for make up lessons.

Performance opportunities
All students are invited to participate when we ask for volunteers for our holiday performances at nursing homes, assisted living facilities and retirement communities. Music students also have the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned in our end-of-year recital. The price of recital tickets will be determined by the cost of rent and personnel at the performing hall.

School year calendar
Classes start Monday, August 29, 2011 and end with a music recital, May ?, 2012. Unless otherwise announced, vacation days coincide with the Sarasota and Manatee Public School calendars. Studio Newsletters will keep you informed of holiday and vacation times throughout the school year.
